Aeon coop mission 1, 2 and 3 desync

MIssions desync when the map expands, except in mission 3 where we experienced a desync immediatly after the initial cutscene.

In each mission, we didn't hear sound from the ingame briefings. In place of the correct avatar, Mirdvalon always saw the bald UEF guy with the neverending eyebrows. I didn't get some of the briefings at all.

It desyncs if one of the players has supcom (the original) installed and the other doesn't, I for instance can only play with my friend that has supcom (original) installed.

Both of us have both games installed through steam.

First thing I'm noticing is that nubtron did not made the link to Supcom vanilla :

I don't think it could be the real cause of the desync, but I will check that.

My primary suspicion is that I did some errors in the hooking of files, and linking to supcom vanilla overwrite some FA files that are not themselves overwritten by FAF.

But I have to rule out the video thingy first.
