unable to install 0.8.81

Hi

I am having trouble installing the new lobby. i tried downloading to different locations but i always get the same error:

"a network error has occured while attempting to read from the file \tmp2gobe1.msi"
status is "Publishing Product information

i tried to use modify and repair both resulted in this error

i am using Windows 7

Search in the forum, it has been answer several time (it's a msi problem, you have to use msi cleaner).
