Error when trying to start FAF

When starting FAF I get the following error:

When starting as admin I get:

I had this issue a while back and accepted a solution on my thread before replying with my particular fix as I didn't realize that would lock it. As such I'll add it here for reference: I searched my system path for copies of FreeImage.dll and found two. One was for a C++ interpreter and the other was in an old Python install. As I use neither of these at present, I renamed the .dlls and everything was rosy.

Thanks, that fixed it!

Just to save people who have the same issue some time and who may not know this command: you can find the offending dll by opening a windows console and typing "where freeimage.dll".
