concerning multiple faf accounts on one computer

I use a multiseat software for me and my brother to play games on the same pc together, I have purchased 2 copies of forged alliance and linked the accounts to steam. But I can not even start 2 instances of the fa lobby on the same pc due to a message that says a program is already listening on port 15000 (when I have one fa open and try to start another) and refuses to open. Is there a fix or solution to this?

You can't run the lobby twice at the same time.

The software I'm using allows for you to set up multiple monitors and additional sets of keyboards and mice so more then one person can utilize the hardware. I want to to play on faf with my brother , so don't I need 2 lobbies open ?

It's not possible, because the lobby need to open some ports (they are only used locally, don't worry). They can't be opened twice.

The steamLink allow several accounts on the same computer, not two lobbies at the same time

Maybe it works through a VM. (I've heard some VM are able to run FA smoothly now).
