- Try to disable your antivirus and firewall (and peerblock or any network control related software) and retry. If it works without, it's related to their configuration, no need to post here. Don't worry, You or your computer won't die if you don't have an antivirus running for some minutes.

As you can see yourself in the logs, the packets are not decoded correctly.

Meaning that they are probably corrupted before the decoding.

As TCP has a a error checking thingy, it can't be the server (and more people would have that problem). So it's something on your side.

Error dispatching JSON: {"rating_mean": 1500.0, "country": "DE", "number_of_갂Ȁ간갂Ā갂 PĀPȀPPĀP㈄え恬Pā舀Τ ➤ 䉃帀戲⼀ⴚ䰐᯿＀ 㴖܈ࠀ 缁Āÿ翝਀ͿЁ ن删čᓝⰀ僲А䨀Đ၄Ȑ圀Ā၇氮蕁⇊氮蕁⇊蕁⇊ြĀ.0, "login": "clauscluedo", "ladder_rating_deviation": 500.0}

Probably a firewall or a router doing silly things to the packets.

It can't break the lobby (only the proxy server won't work, and probably other relay things), but it also should never happen. This is the proof that you have a intrusive firewall active.

Try with the complete removal of all firewall and AV. You don't need any, the world doesn't want to hack you the minute you turn them down.
