Can't join #aeolus

Hi,

I am a new member of the FA Forever community. I have started playing on the severs since yesterday and everything was fine. But when I signed in now it wouldn't let me join the chat room, though I can still join/play games. This is the log:

Please help me as soon as possible! I don't know what's wrong as I have only recently started playing. I enjoyed playing FA on the servers and I wish for this problem to be resolved.

I've been getting the exact same error today.

The FAF Lobby error says:

No such nick/channel

Using a standard IRC client (after logging out in FAF lobby and being able to do that, uff, I'm dumb sometimes )

Seeing as this is a recurring problem, could we just make nicknames not have to be registered again?

Well I actually turned off the registration requirement but I turned it back on at around 4 AM GMT+2 when I went to bed, hoping it'd have been resolved by the time I got up. Unfortunately it's still broken and I can't turn it back off.

Is your unreal version up to date? I never experienced something like this on any unreal irc in my entire irc history.

Why can't you remove the registered required flag from the channel? You can't log in, so you don't get op rights? The cat is biting it's own tail right there

I guess if nothing else helps, you guys need to restart the irc server.

Zep could probably fix it pretty fast but he isn't around at the moment and it looks like he didn't realize nickserv was down considering his response to similar error reports.
