Strangness Pure Strangness

Hello there FAF,
After taking a break from playing the game for a few months I came back and played a ranked game. Everything worked fine.
I decided to get into a custom game and play with a few friends however, the second that I join everybody's game stops working and they have to leave the lobby. For me, the lobby has no map preview, it is simply a gray box.

I decide to re install FAF to see if that was the problem. Again, the problem persists. This time I start my own custom game to see if it works, but when I get into the lobby, I cannot add AI players, I cannot click ready, and the map preview is not there.

From that point I deleted FAF and FA and re installed, but was met with the same problems. I am guessing it is the lobby itself because the ranked games work fine, but I have not the slightest clue what is happening. There is no crash, no error, nothing, I just cant play.

Help is appreciated, I am very frustrated :/

delete game.perfs or change color to default
