Mobile stealth radius not visible

Even when I have the interface toggled to always show stealth, it will not show the stealth radius of my Cybran ground mobile steatlh. (Whether I have the selected or not.) It shows it for T3 sonar and Mermaids, just not the Deceiver. Is this normal?

I have the same issue, but I can't imagine it being normal.

Any update/fix on this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: If I think about it, I will post a replay/screenshot of the issue.
