Eroor Updating FAF "File wasnt sent properly by the server t

I was trying to update the FAF client today and I have been having this issue for months where after completing a download from FAF.

FAF will update perfectly well if I download the installer from the website, just not through FAF. I have also tried uninstalling a couple of times to no effect.
