Rating

Today I lost rating in an unfair way two times:

1. The game was stuck on the loading screen (in transit), so I quit. A minute later I lose 15 rating to a guy who said it was stuck by him too.
2. I won a game and waited untill the score popped up, then quit. Yet I still lose rating somehow...

How am I ever supposed to get rating when these demotivating situations happen >.>

Well first off, don't play for rating. Second of all, these bugs are bound to happen but they are quite rare in my experience. Don't let it discourage you.
