1v1 Ladder, guy d/c and i get loss??

played some guy with a 40 rating, his name "Unknown"

4 mins in he disconnects, no units even died in game yet was too early. Anyways i wait the 50 seconds, then i click Eject. The game said that i got victory. However, FAF decided to give me a draw, since his rating was so low, i ended up losing 10 points. How is this possible? can anyone fix this?

This must have been a network issue, if he manually disconnects U should get the win automatically. It could be that at the time of disconnect, Unknown had more points than you and the system considers that as a win.
