Can't Login Error Message

Hello

I just freshly reinstalled my system and games and while trying to connect to FAF i get "Unique Id found for another user. Multiple accounts are not allowed." error message. It's sure i'm the only one using my account, it worked since... i used to have a rating, etc... i tried to change my password but nothing work

Could you please help ?

That's the most stupidest answer i ever had.... are you trying to help or just statify your ego ColonelSheppard ?? (or to make a bad joke?)

An answer like: follow the procedure found here (with a link provided, etc....) can be an appropriate.... and not the "go f*** yourself and go search on google you noob" as i understand it. There is no specified post like "for all multiple id error post here" for example, that's a post's mess sorry to say that.

So i was saying that, i already look on all the posts have found in this forum, on my side all seem correct, anyway it was working before, i did not have change any hardware or software on my computer. Could you please have a look on your side on the server, or tell me what information i can send if needed

It means that you've created/used another account. Can't do anything if you don't tell me what account you've created.

I only created one account a few month ago with the email address i gave you before, this is the current login name that i'm using (@bluewin.ch) .

If you still can't do anything anymore on your side could you please delete it, i don't care if i loose my rating. I will then try to recreate it right after

I can't delete that second account if I don't know what it is.

Try to login and tell me in chat (you can login through IRC) so I can look at the logs.
