Unable to connect to specific players

Sometimes, randomly, I am unable to connect to a specific player. We just played Canis with him 3vs3 fine, but now I can't connect to him in our 2vs2. We've tried different hosts, restarting computers, and other things, to no avail. Here's the logs.

You have a firewall of something blocking the proxy?

Not sure. My firewall is on, but I've added FAF to the exception list.
