Serpahim cruiser's tmd not working

Since nobody cared in chat, i'm trying here.
I noticed that seraphim cruiser's tmd was ineffective against UEF cruiser's tml.
You can see that in the attached replay around min 23 when my cruiser gets hit multiple times by tac launched by UEF cruiser.
Actually the missiles were hit by my cruiser's tmd, but they didn't get destroyed and they hit my ship.

It's because the UEF cruiser missile has 2 hp, so you need 2 tmd shots to kill one missile.
