fa crashes when going to full screen with mumble

This bug is the main reason why im not using mumble.
when i maximize the game (i play windowed, also happens when playing fullscreen) the game instantly gets grey and i get an error window.
in the grey game there is a little area where i can still see the map but the game is obviously crashed

and my mumble overlay is not working if that is important. i have ticked the box in mumble and when i host a game it is there for a few seconds but then disappears
