lag because "UDP Packet not received"

hi guys, need your help. i don´t know what i have done but one day the window "UDP Packet not received" appeared. from this point on supcom was unplayable because of extrem lag. i checked firewall, UPnP on/off, opened the port (6112 and 7001) by hand (router settings) but it´s still lagging extremely.
any ideas?

I'm pretty sure the game.log is an old one.

Please post one just after having a problem, before re-hosting a game. Also, check this :

I'm pretty sure logging is not enabled.
