Scores: All Teams don't the same Number of Players"

Hi,

we just had a Setons. Everything was normal, so the game should have been rated after the game, but it didnt. The Lobby showed this Message:
"Scores: All Teams don't the same Number of Players".
What does it mean and how can we get our Points for that game? We worked hard for it.
The Online Replay Vault shows a 1v2, but it was a 4v4.

Maybe someone can help...
