why the faf lobby is always no-response

Many people from China have got the same problem that the FAF lobby always go to no-response.we hate it, is it the net problem or the software problem?? we hope your team can solve it. really thanks!

It's probably because of china firewall yes. A tracert faforever.com command in the command line prompt can confirm that.
