Cant install, need help

i downloaded the FAF installer. when i open, and try to install it immediately says
"This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid installer package."

how do i resolve this problem?

It's a standard Msi installer, you probably have something wrong with your MSI component. Search the forum, it has been answered many times I believe.
