Newest patch without FAF.

Hi!
I got a LAN party soon, and one of the games there is FA, and I'd like to play the latest patch, but not everyone have FAF.


So, what is the easiest way to play the newest patch on just-installed FA?


I know you can play it by starting FA from FAF folder, but it doesn't work if you haven't ran the FAF lobby on the computer.

You should simply run the the FAF lobby once on every PC.
The "patch" actually is more a mod than a patch so you wont be able to get it outside the FAF lobby.

Otherwise you have to play on Steam version or 3599, depending on what you have

Found it out, just had to copy the files from programdata/Faforever to the Forged alliance folder.

You have just broke your installation. Won't work with FAF anymore (just warning you, next time you have a problem, you will know why).

I copied the Forged Alliance first, then copied the FAF files into it.
