Can't install Fa forever after manual unistall

Can't install Fa forever after manual unistall, the game asks for this:

I've had a big problem with faf/mods cause it won't let me play skirmish(blank preview and not able to select ai, and when launching it get stuck).
Deleting user is sometimes working but very random. Sometimes you can watch a replay from faf and when you press end replay you are then able to play skirmish. There seems to be some problems with user prefs; not the same for faf and none faf fa.
I tried to fix this issue by deleting everything about faf on computer,including under regedit, witch is probably what's causing this issue now.
I'm using steam fa and win vista with no firewall as admin. I don't know if sending me 'tmpr10xoy.msi' will help me or if there is some other solution/guide to fix not able to uninstall faf properly.

There is no such file. You've messed with the registry and now you've got an error.

You probably need to search the forum about MSI problems. I'm sure someone had that before.

MSI is a microsoft thing, I have no control over it, and so no fix to propose you, it's not directly related to FAF.
