supcom FA/FAF won't launch

Hey guys......so i'll describe the problem first:

A) When i launch the game separately and go to skirmish...the map preview does not show the map. When i try to 'occupy' another position on the map...nothing happens. When i try to add an AI to the game...the options are grayed out and i cannot add AI's. No matter the map i select, it will not preview in the top right window.

B) I uninstalled EVERYTHING including FAF and FA. I redownloaded FA from steam 4 times and deleted local content as well. Per ze_pilot's advice i verified the integrity of local game files x2 times, including deleting all maps in the FA folder and let steam reinstall them. To no avail.

C) I patched the game to 3599 which i was previously not running....to no avail.

D) When i click on a game to join in FAF.... it does not (double clicking). It will load the window that appears to be loading game content, but nothing happens.

E) Video drivers are up to date (as if that had anything to do with it but i thought i'd throw that in there).

F) After the 4th time installing, i re installed the 5th time via game disc that i have....to no avail.

The error code I see in your log indicate that FA was closed without crashing.

So, try to enable FA logs (in Options - Settings), and post the game.log. (more infos here : viewtopic.php?f=3&t=192)

***update*** i deleted EVERY SINGLE file i could on my computer related to SUPCOM FA...i also deleted EVERY file related to FAF....upon reinstalling supcom fa i updated to 3599.....then re downloaded FAF (7.600)....

when i launch supcom fa on its own...i can now load a skirmish game and play...when i launch FAF i cannot join games, i cannot host games, nor can i watch replays whether live or in the vault.

You paste me faforever.log every times. I need game.log (enable it in options, ...)

Game logs are enabled..the problem is i cant even get into a game. Does this help? Please bear with me.
