[Bug] Economy 101 tutorial will not load

To be clear, this bug has occured on 1/26/2013, in FAF version 0.7.596.

This issue has been resolved. See second post for details.

When I try to start the Economy 101 tutorial, I get a small window with the header "Download Failed". The content:

The file wasn't properly sent by the server.
Try again later.

Once I click close, it attempts to update, but then an error appears explaining that the download has failed. Below is the log of information it produces. Hopefully this can help fix this bug, as I've heard it brought up in the chat a few times now. If there is any other information I can provide, please request it.

Also it is important to note that this issue does not occur with any other tutorial.

I determined that my anti virus suite, Comodo Internet Security, was blocking FAF. The reason I did not suspect this before was because the game had no issues prior, and all other tutorials, maps, etc, all worked fine. Odd.

If you're having this issue, check any anti virus or firewalls that you have running, and make sure FAF is an exception.
