Hi firstly I'm sorry for my bad English level (im french)
I started playing with a first account on windows 7. I did not know the game and suddenly I lost a lot of battle.

I reinstall my pc with windows 8 and I thought I'd create a new account now that I play better.

I succeeded but now I can no longer have to connect to my old account because of a unique ID.

After a lot of research I read that we should not create multiple accounts and to recover the old it was necessary to reset the account.

Could I do this manipulation?

You can use your old account now. But your new one will be locked

Maybe cause i was in automatic connection with the new account
