Stuck at "Establishing connection ..."

This is a fresh FAForeverLobby-593 install. I installed to E:, which I would hope is not a contributing cause. If I click the "Cancel" button, the dialog vanishes, but the FAForever.exe process is left behind, taking up an entire CPU core. This prevents another copy from starting due to the held TCP port, unless I kill the process in Task Manager.
