Matchmaking Games Not counting for rank

Gday relatively new here

but just wondering, ive played 3 1v1 games using matchmaker over the last couple weeks and none of them have counted against my rank.

Is there a way to fix this, and if its going to continue to happen how to address it each time?

Did you leave by the score screen ?

Do you have any log to provide ?

Ok so it just happened to me again...

i played a fella called houwitzer i won, and this time it counted.. but it counted as a draw.. and not a win.

i went to the score report thread but that was for custom games it seemed not match making.

I've just checked the logs and you didn't send any score to the server.
