Virtual machine

hello, Basically My friend plays FA and so does his wife, but the computer she uses which is a standard vista computer, when it trys to download FaF it comes up virtual machine, now I'm not to sure what to do here, as we had intended to do lan party's but it doesn't seem to want to install on this pc


any ideas or imput would be much apricated, Thanks
