For the sake of time, I'm only going to allow a max of 16 players per qualifier. There are currently 14 for those too lazy to count. I'm going to give priority to those with the highest ladder rating, but of course you can always show up if you aren't in the 16 in the case that someone that signs up has decided to not attend the qualifier.

Also, sign ups will end strictly an hour before the tournament starts.

And another thing, the tournament will start at the precise time given. I will give 5 minutes of leeway and if you aren't there by then, I'm replacing you with the next person on the participant list. Do not care if you arrive at 16:06 GMT.
