Requirements:
-Under 1000 ladder rating, under 1300 global rating
-at least 10 ladder games played during November
-at least 100 games played total

Prize:
1) 35$+Tournament winner avatar

Rules:
• TD decision is final.
• Players need to be present in the IRC Channels 30 mins before tournament start
• Ratings will be checked at tournament start, however mass rating dumping is discouraged and will be investigated at random, you have been warned
• Draws results in rematch
• On maps with more than 2 spots players can pick any mirror spawn locations on mutual agreement, otherwise - standard 1vs2.
• All tournament games must be ranked

This rule exists in order to prevent conflicts when players wouldn't start a game and argue if the game should be ranked or unranked. Since there were such accidents in past this rule clarifies that games should be ranked before the tourney starts.
