I have been informed that a few teams cannot make it on the 13th of April.

My availability to host is at least a month later in May.

If all teams could work together and give availability, perhaps someone else could host.

My free time is going to get even slimmer this year, so I really quite need people to respond to this!

Why is it so difficult to write a post stating availability?

It doesn't need to be exact, but with 16 individuals we need some estimate.

If people don't respond within a month I will just convert it to some 1v1 with a fixed date and whoever shows up can play.

Really don't want to do that but I also don't want to chase people...

Can you just have teams individually play their matches when possible instead of having everyone online on the same day and doing the whole tournament then? Not ideal for live casting or whatever, but should be a lot easier to get it done.

Don't chase people, make it your date and your chosen format. Challonge brackets will adapt.

I was attempting to poll what people would prefer, and honestly I'm thinking what Thomas suggests is best. It's upsetting we can't have a tourney day.

Yuri, I did that already, and it would pretty much result in 1 to 3 teams not showing up. How will challonge adapt when just over half the teams are present? It would have group A with 3 teams and group B with 2, which makes for an unfair bias to which group has who.

I'm inclined to use Thomas suggestion. It's more for people to have fun so if that's what you guys like and want, then so be it.
