just wondering do you have a mod that revert the engie mod; or if i read this well you just want to remove support factory to mimic the pre engie mod balance ? because removing support facto, will give you only the possibility to build HQ, and iirc HQ does cost more than usual factory from pre engie mod balance

Currently i only want to restrict support factories. If needed, it wouldn't be hard to write a mod for that.

It's this button in the restrictions menu. Keyser is right about the factory cost. At least for T2 land factories upgrades. I think that used to cost 800, like it is in the BHEdit mod, but before the introduction of the engy mod, they might have been even cheaper than that.
