This is a double elimination tournament with the latest version of "Shared army" mod enabled.

There is 2 leagues :
the one for low rating team with a rating limit of 3000.
The one for high rating team with a rating limit of 5500.

if there is not enough teams, both leagues will be fused.

We will use the highest rating from ladder and global leaderboards for the calculation. Ratings will be checked at tournament start, however mass rating dumping is discouraged and will be investigated at random, you have been warned. Smurfing will be severely punished.

The number of player per team can go from 1 to 4.

There is only 1 ACU per team.

/!\ Be careful about the use of UI mod managing the economy like ecomanager that will also impact the other player on your team. /!\

All other settings are as default.
Each round has a 60 minute time limit to complete. Any rematches that occur due to draws or crashes will not increase the time limit.
If a disconnect or any other disruption occurs, the outcome will be decided by a tournament director, any decisions made are final.
If a match doesn’t start within 15 minutes of the TD announcing the round a TD may disqualify any player causing delay.


Prizes:

There is a cashprize of 50€ for the winner(s) of the high rating league. (From FAF and morax)

2nd Place: Your choice of factional face or logo avatar.
3rd Place: Your choice of factional logo avatar

Planet Shmal (spot 7 vs spot 8)

This is impossible with the current shared armies mod. The armies should always spawn in the highest slot aka. the lowest number slot. You can not have more than one player in if you want to spawn in slots 7/8 on Planet Shmal. Similarly you will have problems if you want to have more than two players on Pyramid in slots 5/6. Also it is currently impossible to have more players on a map than there are slots. So it is not possible to have 8 players on crossfire canal.

As such, you would do best to limit the map pool to maps with 8 or more slots and the starting slots to the first slot per team. This kinda forces a maximum of 4 players per side for the tournament.

Unless ofc, some nice dev fixes all of this for us :D

to work around this you could use the classic shared armies method and enable cheats for those games where its needed to fit the team in, then switch armies to the right acu, and dont actually cheat in good faith. fairly annoying for a tournament but yeah, something to consider.

yeah i was thinking about this (number of player) after i wrote the first spot, gonna see with the dev.

i know it sucks, i couldn't play any valuable tournament back in australia.
Hope arkitect can still host his tourney for the australian tz.

On the talk of maps, I designed Ythalassa with the shared armies mod in mind, It would be nice to see it played in a tournament setting.
