Proposal: AI Tourney

I'm currently developing an AI (and I'm not the only one), so I thought it might be a good idea to start an AI tourney up.

Things to do:

1) Decide some rules (e.g. map pool, tourney format (round robin maybe best?), random or fixed factions, best of X games, cheats enabled, etc)
2) Find some AIs to compete (we could enter Sorian AI and Adaptive AI as well to see how they get on)
3) Find someone to cast
4) Arrange a date

Anyway I was hoping we might answer some of these questions below... so thoughts in the comments pls.
