Can't open blackops live replay..

Hello.
Have some problem with live replays.
problem only with blackops replays, other open normally.
When i'm trying open blackops repl, i see this:

Having The exact same problem right now.

Wondering if there is some sort of pathing issue with the installation of blackops itself. but I really don't know. Went to GPGnet to try to find an answer on installing this. All the vault installed games seem to be pointing toward a mod folder... which apparently wasn't created in the steam install of the game or the FAF install. I can't find it within either sets of folders. The other thing is they also don't show where the mod folder is supposed to be within it's parent folders. So i don't even know where to install it.

BlackOps needs options to know what mod is activated. Live replay doesn't write these options.

Does this mean noone is able to watch a blackops replay?
Or is there a way to set these options or any kind of workarund?

You can manually edit/write the file. Or host (not play) a BO games with the same options first.

Holly cow!!! and how I can manually edit this? can you show an example?
Did the original BO files in the folder Mods of Supcomm needed for the olaying?
Ive tried with and without with the same result.
