but damn were there a lot of mirrormatches in this tournament .. and people still make no real use of their t2 groundoptions but the mainassaultoptions ..

on a sidenote is the unitlistdata of this forum up-to-date?

The participants are allowed to choose whatever faction they want as for the second half.
1. The particpants are allowed to choose whatever strategy they want
2. the 'mainassaultoptions' are the 'mainassaultoptions' for a reason
3. The finale was a t2 com push

Likely to be slightly out of date but at the same time accurate enough for someone to get a rough idea of what a unit does.

i once had to pick random, cause my opponent insisted on playing a mirror match, witch i didn't want (and i got aeon ) . Would be nice to get rules on how factions are being chosen, cause my choice may depend on opponent's choice while his choice depended on my... like "if he goes UEF i go aeon, and if he goes cyb i go sera" and 2 players switch factions around for a minute until one of them gives up -_- .

In some other games I saw a rule if players are switching factions like this depending on opponent's faction, they must go both random.
