Yuri's Blitz #6 - 1v1, 1200 global rating or lower

18:00 GMT+3 (Moscow time). Tournament played live on my stream. 1st round (by challonge) played simultaneously, so no need to observe every game, and tournament is faster (and can service more players).

Blitz tournament, fast 1v1 on random 5x5km maps (whichever I choose if I'm observing in-game live, or whichever 2 players agree on when they play, me watching another game).
Global rating 1200 or lower. Games played - 30 or more.
All games BO1 (1 win moves forward), Finals are BO5 (need 3 wins to become the Blitz Master).

Quick question: What happens to players with a LADDER rank above 1200? I want to sign in, but im afraid of people who are under 1200 global, but have a much higher ladder rating.
