I think ladder rating 1300-1700 and global 1200-1800 seems appropriate.

There's a lot of tourneys up and coming with the 7th Avg Joe's, Survival, and Zock tourneys and the earliest I can see this happening is mid-to-late December.

We will revisit the ratings and all that when the time comes!
