Hey one of my pet peeves right now is when one player builds a series of 4 engineering stations, and then shares them all with the allies and doesn't say shit about it and then all the sudden your mass income is at a serious depletion.
At least ping me once so I know I am losing mass and where it is going.

In next patch they will be disabled when given to other player.

Im not sure I'd go that far but Id definitely make it clear and plain that it is happening to players so we know.

With disabled, he means paused. You can manually unpause it (which is a small effort if you actually want to get it as a gift).

No, auto-pause on transfer makes perfect sense. Too much assholes around sharing these stations, then doing RAS, instantly dumping the entire team's intel AND mass income.
As for Gap and Cybran... that Scathis is seriously imba. Build it with both mid players, let the sera build the shields, and voila. Even if they strat it, you can build almost new one from the reclaimed air...

In stead of pausing a given station, couldn't engineering stations and engineers that are on patrol or attack move, be changed to by default not assist ally projects? (Now for instance engies on patrol will assist upgrade-started-and-paused mexes of an ally.)

I don't think I've ever seen this happen, but I can imagine that if someone is abusing it you are pissed off. not every time it is abuse though IMO.
