Well, nobody uses Loyalist, at least i never see a cybran player using them, all build bricks.
And they fall vs my percivals

cybran t3 isnt awful, seraphim one is the worst
cybran is actually the best overall imo
bricks are great, only percies are stronger but they are less versatile
loyalist are ok for raiding and vs t1/t2 and have great stun vs t4
also the arty has huge aoe and is great vs spam

cybran have nice t3 gunship, "Different" t3 bomber, weaker ASF but with stealth, and AWESOME t3 scout...

ofc main unit on t3 air is ASF, and cybran have it weaker, utulising stealth is hard, and also needs addictional power
also no double RAS for t3 air
also i think all air spot players would find that having t3 engy with 40 build power is better than having SAM when you want to spam t3 air factories and not use heavy assist...

also most common use for strat bomber is to make it early and kill t2 mexes with it, and cybran strat is not good at it
another very common use is to defend an t4 land attack, and cybran bomber has much less damage than aeon
But in a late game, it is much more important for bobmers to not beeing spoted and denyed by enemy asf, so cybran t3 bomber can be quite good at late game (ofc onmi is an issue here)

i'm not 100% confident asf is weaker any ways...

also i think all air spot players would find that having t3 engy with 40 build power is better than having SAM when you want to spam t3 air factories and not use heavy assist...

With current balance, your percivals, so as bricks will fall to any rambo SCUs. Loyalists and titans in this case do better, as they are fast and surround SCUs faster, 1-2 overcharged raid bots affects you less than 1-2 overcharged percy/brick, speed allows to micro them from emp shots and overcharges easier, the shield on titans allows to tank 3-4 shots from sera SCU emp before getting stunned, the loyalist emp instead stunns SCUs.

In 1v1s harb rush is very strong. These units are strong, fast and being microed may beat brick/percy in unit on unit engagement. But they wouldn't raid you as much, as if you would be raiding with faster and cheaper raid bots.

In team games i often had to sacrifice my loyalists to stun experimental to stop it from killing my opponent or from going away.

As about air, i would say that stealth is a very epic toy. It hides your air, not allowing your opponent to realise how much do you have. It allows to get in the back of enemy air, It allows stealth snipes. I even saw Tokyto killing 6-7 strats in the corner prepared for a snipe, while opponent's air was preparing to engage mine. The cybran t3 gunship is probably the best: 100 hp in trade of jammer that will get a SAM volley is a very good trade.
