Cybran T2 PD. 90 Dps?

Cybran T2 PD shoots three projectiles each projectile doing 10 damage:

@ 10 damage each x 3 projectile salvo = 30 damage total.

at a fire-rate of 0.33.

30 dmg / 0.33 fire-rate = 90 dps.

Thought it was supposed to be 100 dps? It would need a fire-rate of 0.30 to get it to 100 dps.

the game calculates in ticks, and there are 10 ticks/second. everything happens in exactly one tick, this means that a fire rate of 1/3 (aka 0.33) seconds is not possible and will be rounded to 0.3
thus, the pd has 30damage/0.3seconds = 100dps
