Is there a map to help make testing easier?

I'm thinking there could be a map where you start with all units already built and on the field.

So if you wanna test something you just copy them somewhere and do your test.

Does it exist?

Sooo sick of cheat menu.

Would turning on prebuilt/chess mode work? Where it would spawn some units.. just make 4 commanders on the field and you will get one army for every faction.
