Multiple games no rating report--no change

I thought all games were rated but it seems several KEY wins (epic games) where our team won--there was no report and therefore no change in the number of games played or the rating. It's starting to get frustrating--Almost all the loses seem to be rated somehow, but the great wins where I expect to see a good "+" shift in my rating get completely missed--At least 5 times now.... Anyone else have this happen? Not sure if this is a technically a "BUG" or if there's a valid reason--so I am posting in General...

Report. I have no way to know magically what games you are talking about.

What information can I supply that might help with this--I take it you're thinking it's a bug then?

The uid of your game, mainly (the number in the replay name)
