Unit Manager Help

Howdy, I didn't know where else to turn for help on this, sorry if this is posted in the wrong place.

I'm looking for a mod that will allow me to turn off Tech 3 Air only. I want to be able to use Tech 3 navel but restrict the other techs... Any suggestions?

The old mod vault has just such a mod.

No T3 Air

Just let me know if you have problems installing it.
