Graphics - Removing Cybran Implants

Hi, first post. I'm BlueFlux, or on FAF Bluebadge11.
Anyway, I do graphics modding sometimes and I decided to do a little project.
We will be removing the implants from Cybran figures in the campaign. I just did Dostya.
If and when I do any others, I will post them here.

Looks way too 'shopped. You can see the skin-colored brush you used and how blurry it is compared to the rest of her face.

Not that I don't take criticism, but the people in this game have more-or-less perfect skin. There isn't exactly any detail anywhere else. It's just... Skin.

Eh, looking at this again a considerable time later it seems fine.
Except it also looks like I implanted a donut under her skin in the corner.
