Seton's Majority Player Designation

So, in the wake of the global rating and 1v1 system, I've noticed a major flaw: People who play Seton's most of the time are getting the same global rating as people who play everything.

This disturbs me as I've played a number of team games where it becomes quickly obvious that someone who is rated 1700 plays worse than an 1100.

Is there any way we can throw a tag on someone's name if he/she has say "50% or greater Seton's play?" I'm not asking for any fancy math or anything but some logo next to a player or something in the game lobby would do. My past experience has seen a lot of game lobby chat where people point out "Oh that's a seton's player this or that" and for those of us that don't socialize with the entire community don't know this.

Maybe galacticfear is useful, but other than that it's a wash unless that person plays air.

Lack of the use of foul language and simply making a request is NOT a rage. Asking someone "what they've been smoking" is.

My logic is sound; plenty of times in the past I've witnessed people re-organize a team because someone states they are a Seton player or someone recognizes this.

It's fine if someone wants to play Seton's. What I'm stating here is that it is not an accurate measure to compare one's "rating" to someone who only plays one map.

This also goes for people like "retardo" that only play 2v2 Fields of Isis, but there's not enough people that do that to warrant a designation.

Morax you are such a racist IRL aren't you! If you want I can make you a list of everyone who plays and their true rating on 2v2 3v3 or greater team games? Then a seperate rating for their Setons play. Would that work for you?

As an Example I did yours:

2v2: 1800
3v3 :1700
4v4: 1700
Setons: 1100 newb!

Woh ! I'm really surprised these last days of some talks, even more for this topic.

Tbh the rating system should take into account how many games you play on a map.

And to be even more honest, the rating system should change. (which will never happen because either people are against it or either because people are lazy/not skilled enough to do it)

IMO Morax is completely right, these people playing 1 map over, and over, and over...the rating eventually gets super-inflated to everyone playing all the maps. Odin is also right, the system SHOULD be taking into account how many times you played 1 map (like, I dunno, x2 less points per game that is in a row?).

Ionic, your argument is invalid, sure he is 1100 newb on Seton's, but someone who plays Seton's constantly will be 1100 everywhere except Seton's.

TBH, the 2v2-6v6 Matchmaker should make a return, and only make games on the ladder count towards your rating, and all custom games should be unrated.

We have so many setons players that its really hard to recognize them in other games
