Do FA have "Bloom"?

It's right in the options menu. Or do you mean something different?

well I never noticed... (I hardly open the menu) I was going to test it now, but FAF wen't in maintenance

The ingame graphical settings can be changed from the normal Forged Alliance-game, without starting FAF at all.
