Restrictions

I want to restrict the mavor, salvation, scathis and yolona oss but no other units, I have a mod that restricts the first 3 but nothing that also can restrict yolona oss, anybody know of a unit restriction mod that can disable those 4 units without disabling anything else? I don't wanna get rid of all artillery or nukes, just those 4 units.

I've pretty much tried endlessly to mod the units with no luck becuz I'm bad at modding.
