Many people were asking in the comment of the poll to be able to test them.

You already can, they are in the mod vault for months.

What is the name of the mod? I can't find a "t3 air unit" mod.

They are T3 mobile anti-air land units. I believe Pip rebalanced them in the last patch season. The mod is called T3 Mobile Anti-Air units v5
