I have had some enounters with him. besides the fact that he loves to spamm up t2 gunships.
I do not know a lot about him but he tends to be oblivious for his effects on others.
a ban is a bit over zealous for the posseble racism but a good warning should do it.

Send a private message to the IRC moderator usergroup on the forums or one of the mods in #aeolus to report people. Do not post about it in General Discussion. I have removed his name from your post as witch hunting is frowned upon and there's no proof (yet). Even if you had provided a screenshot in the post public shaming is not the solution.
