Waters of Isis - > Flooded Isis

No replays here, but still related.

Im proposing to change Waters of Isis map for Flooded Isis.
Same concept but i see it as a more refined map. It doesnt have oversized mountains which destroyers and battleships fail to shoot over and allows for a better navy combat overall.
